Purple Wool Bodies

These bodies were made out of a purple wool and line in fustian. All the channels, top-stiching, and eyelets were sewn by hand in yellow thread to provde contrast. In an effort to use a more period boning I boned them with pan reeds. These reeds are very supportive, and in addition to being a more period choice they are also much cheaper than many other modern alternatives.
